Our goal is to treat not just the symptom, but the whole person - our core belief is that your voice is the most important voice on the care team. We provide whole person care, specializing in Addiction treatment and Primary Care Services.

Our health center has obtained substantial growth in recent years,
expanding both our team and our locations. We proudly serve the Burlington and
Johnson communities, offering a unique set of services to meet each community’s
needs.
In Johnson, we are proud to offer comprehensive primary care services to the
community, providing compassionate and accessible health care for all. We are proud to partner with Jenna's Promise , offering services specifically tailored to meet the needs of individuals engaged in their recovery journey.
In Burlington, we focus on serving individuals—primarily those who are unhoused—who are struggling with substance use disorders . This vital work is made possible through our collaboration with Vermonters for Criminal Justice Reform (VCJR) , allowing us to address both physical and mental health needs with dignity and care. We are expanding primary care in Burlington to include laboratory care, sexual health examinations and screenings and other services.
