We hope that this message finds you safe and well. We are sad to report that our beloved health center has suffered significant damage in the recent flooding that affected our area. The flood waters exceeded our expectations, leading to extensive destruction and leaving our facility unusable.
We understand the importance of accessible medical care, especially in challenging times like these and we are actively working on restoring our services as quickly as possible. However, this will take some time.
We are currently working on creative ways to continue to serve our community and will be working out of several temporary sites. We have expanded access to our team and you can reach us on our dedicated staff cell line at (802) 251-6209 or via email at contact@a3b.health. We will continue to see people utilizing telemedicine or in person at one of our alternative sites in Johnson.
We want to let the community know that we remain committed to offering fast and easy access to care to individuals who have had an overdose, are at risk of an overdose or need treatment, wound care, naloxone or harm reduction supplies, to call our staff cell line that is listed above. This is a service that we are, and will continue to offer. So if you need help, call us.
We will keep you informed about the progress of our repairs and the anticipated date that we will reopen the physical location. Please know that we are still available to care for you and encourage you to reach out as needed. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time. Together we will overcome these hardships and will emerge a stronger community.
Very Best,
The Johnson Health Center Team
